This nice hotel offers a really great experience. The rooms are spotless and nice with a pull out bed, everything is great.

The place was clean and well-maintained, with courteous and helpful staff. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and varied options. The beds were comfortable with clean bedding.

Temperature/thermostat control in the room was terrible. Fan was loud, temperature fluctuated significantly and often throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Also, hotel pictures and other info posted online do not accurately portray the quality or size of the rooms. Room rates are much too high for what this property is able to offer. Don't let the hotel's outside appearance mislead you!

Great Breakfast! Most other included Breakfasts have rubbery precut circle eggs and put out just the minimum, not Fairfield, They had fresh scrambled eggs, all the fixings for Oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts, raisins, etc and fresh cut fruit! The beds had nice padded mattresses and comfy comforters that smelt CLEAN! Front desk was training and asked if we would mind if she taught while we checked in, she gave us an option, which in turn we were more than happy to allow her to train the nice gentleman. Plus they had free cookies!

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good selection, including fresh scrambled eggs and cut fruit. a recommended stay.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast included lots of meals. The hotel is located in a favorable and great spot in the middle of Jackson. It's very close to the business area, restaurants, and the airport.

From the moment we arrived the affable and consistently courteous staff made us feel welcomed. Liked our rooms with a sofa bed.

Location was perfect

Mattresses and pillows were worn-out, spent 2 nights, would have gotten more rest sitting in a chair, the air conditioner sounded like a weazing old train, the ice machine was so loud, sounded like it was in our room. Guests walking down the hall outside in the hall talking sounded like our door was open.

Cozy vibes, had a great time chilling here, and the spot was awesome being super close to the hustle and bustle of the city with tons of eateries, cafes, a Starbucks, Costco, and even the airport around the corner! ✨
